Hello everyone, I'm Lottie Luke, a passionate advocate of Classics and archaeology and its relevance in today's world. With a degree in Classics from the University of Birmingham, I have dedicated my academic journey to studying and understanding the ancient world. From a young age, I developed a deep love for this subject, constantly seeking new perspectives and insights into the ancient history world.

What fascinates me the most about Classics is the profound wisdom and lessons we can learn from ancient civilisations. I firmly believe that by exploring the triumphs and challenges faced by past societies, we can gain invaluable insights into our own lives and the world we inhabit today. It is this belief that has driven me to create My Classics Portal, a platform aimed at inspiring and engaging people of all ages to embark on their own journey of discovery into the ancient world.

Leaving the university environment, I sensed the potential for my connection with the subject to fade over time. To counteract this, I took the initiative to establish My Classics Portal, which serves as a hub for resources, discussions, and interactive learning experiences. My goal is to foster a community where individuals from various backgrounds can come together to explore and appreciate the wonders of the ancient world, whether that is through language or archaeology.
